TRAVELINK IS PRESENTED THE BUSINESS
TRAVEL PARTNERSHIP AWARD BY AMERICAN EXPRESS TRAVEL  American Express Travel presented the 2009 Business Travel Partnership
Award to Travelink during the Retail Travel National Conference in
Philadelphia on October 4 - 6. The Business Travel Partnership is a
partnership between select US Representative Agencies and American
Express Business Travel, enabling both organizations to leverage their
individual strengths to retain existing business or attract new business. Partner agencies work together with the American Express Sales team to continually improve the processes set in place to enhance the Business Travel service platform. While all of the participants in the Business Travel Partnership platform are great partners, Travelink stood out as a leader and champion of this unique service offering. Michael Dixon, president of Travelink, accepted the award from Ellen Bettridge, Vice President of the American Express U.S. Retail Travel Network, during a special presentation at the conference. “This agency has been in the program from its inception and is a true partner in every sense of the word. Travelink is always willing to work with us to come up with solutions, more efficient process and methods to enhance the overall value of the Business Travel program” said Bettridge. This is second time that Travellink has been awarded this prestigious award. Travelink Inc. celebrated its 12th anniversary in 2009. The Travelink family has grown through the acquisition of many agencies, some of which have been in the travel business for over 25 years.
