Travel Benefit Terms & Conditions:
* Benefit is only available one time per Card account per calendar year (based on date of final payment) - regardless of the number of qualifying vacations booked.
* A qualifying vacation is a purchase valued at $3,000 or more per booking offered by a cruise or vacation package operator. Benefit does not include independent air, hotel or car rental reservations
* Cardmembers having multiple accounts may only redeem one Annual Travel Benefit per vacation booking.
* Both deposit and final payment must be made on an American Express Card.
* Benefit is not valid for group bookings and may not be combinable with other promotions or discounts.
* Cardmember agrees account may be debited $100, depending on initial credit amount, if vacation is cancelled for any reason and the purchase price (less any applicable cancellation fees or penalties) is credited to the account.
